Before any REXON oil purification machine leaves our factory, it goes through a complete inspection and testing process to ensure that the equipment meets the required technical and manufacturing standards.
From Assembly to Testing — Every Step Matters
After the oil purifier machine is fully assembled, our engineering and QC teams carefully inspect the equipment and its key components.
The testing process includes checking the oil filtration equipment’s overall condition, electrical and control systems, vacuum system, oil circulation system and other major functional components according to the specific machine configuration.
The machine is then operated and tested under actual working conditions as far as practical, allowing our engineers to verify that the different systems work together properly and that the equipment performs as required.
Any issue identified during testing must be addressed before the machine proceeds to final inspection.
Quality Inspection Before Shipment

Our QC team carries out the final inspection before shipment for every oil purification machine from us, including verification of the equipment configuration, workmanship, components, operation and other order requirements.
Only after the machine has passed the required testing and inspection will it be approved for packing and shipment to the customer.
